Grand Vision Media Holdings plc (the “Company”), formerly Simian Global
plc, is pleased to announce that Jonathan Lo was appointed as an executive
director of the Company on 18 June 2018, effective immediately. Mr Lo will
serve as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.
