April 12 (Reuters) - Metallvarden i Sverige AB  METV.NGM : 
    * Said on Tuesday its extraordinary general meeting resolved on capital increase by maximum 
of 7.8 million Swedish crowns by issuance of maximum 78.0 million new shares 
    * Each share held in company will entitle to one subscription right in the issue, three 
subscription rights will entitle to one new share in the issue 
    * Subscription price will be 0.20 crowns per share
