** Shares in Graphic Packaging  GPK.N  rise 1.2% to $21.07
    ** GPK says its board voted to increase the quarterly
dividend to 10 cents per common share, a 33% increase from the

    ** The dividend is payable on Jan. 5 to common stockholders
of record at the close of business on Dec. 15
    ** GPK, which had cash and cash equivalents of $108 million
at the end of the second quarter, in July reported a 36%
increase in net sales, while net income attributable to co

    ** As of last close, GPK had a market capitalization of
$6.41 billion, according to Refinitiv
    ** Shares have risen 8% this year
