** Shares of Graphite India  GRPH.NS  rise 4.1% to 506.40
rupees, set for best day in two months
    ** Electrode maker posts June-qtr consol net profit at 2.37
billion rupees ($4.4 million) compared to a loss of 300 million
rupees a year earlier
    ** GRPH on track to snap three-day losing streak
    ** Stock down ~7% YTD, had jumped 47% in 2023
