GRC International Group plc (AIM:GRC), a leading supplier of IT governance, risk management and compliance products and services, announces that on 10 April 2019, ITG Pension Fund, a self-invested personal pension scheme for the benefit of Alan Calder and his wife, has purchased 35,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 69.5 pence per share.

 

Following this purchase, Mr Calder is beneficially interested in 29,096,148 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 45.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
