GRC International Group plc (AIM: GRC) (the "Company") today announces that Alan Calder, a director of the Company, has transferred 560,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his own name into his SIPP, ITG Pension Fund, at a value of 25 pence per share.  The shares transferred represent 0.56% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Following this transfer of shares, Alan Calder's beneficial interest together with that of his family over 29,422,921 Ordinary Shares, representing 29.94% of the current total voting rights of the Company, remains unchanged.

Further details on the transfer are included in the notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
