Report on Payments to Government
 
 
The Company herewith discloses the payments it has made to the Government of India and the West Bengal State Government for the financial year ended March 31, 2019 as required under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
 
In addition to Income Tax, the Company paid Royalty and a Production Level Payment.
 
1.   Income Tax - US$ 2,744,057
 
2.   Royalty - US$ 2,456,495
 
3.   Production Level Payment - US$ 614,124
 
The payments were made in Indian Rupees and converted into US$ based on the average foreign exchange rate for the said year.
