Great Portland Estates plc hereby notifies the market that application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 11 ordinary shares of 12.5p each to be admitted to the Official List.
It is expected that admission will be granted on 11 May 2017 and that trading will commence on the same day.
These shares are being issued to The Great Portland Estates plc LTIP Employee Share Trust.
When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
