The Company hereby notifies the market that application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 11 ordinary shares of 13 3/19p each to be admitted to the Official List.
 
It is expected that admission will be granted on 26 March 2018 and that trading will commence on the same day.
 
These shares are being issued to The Great Portland Estates plc Long-Term Incentive Plan Employee Share Trust.
 
When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
