 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025

Great Portland Estates plc (the "Company") announces that it has today sent
or otherwise made available to shareholders the following documents:

·      Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March
2025 (the "Annual Report");

·      Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025 (the "Notice of AGM"); and

·      Form of Proxy for the 2025 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM").

In accordance with UK Listing Rules 6.4.1R and 6.4.3R, copies of the above
documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism (with the
Annual Report in unedited full text) and will shortly be available for
