Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Aston Martin
Lagonda Global Holdings plc ("Aston Martin") with effect from 1 March 2025
when she will also become Chair of the Aston Martin Audit & Risk Committee
and a member of its Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
