Great Portland Estates plc appoints Investment Director

Great Portland Estates plc ("GPE") announces the appointment of Robin Matthews as Investment Director with effect from early September 2016. Robin will join the Executive Committee and will take on day to day responsibility for the Group's investing activities. Robin joins from Moorfield Group, the UK real estate private equity fund manager, where he was Property Director.
His appointment follows that of Steven Mew as Portfolio Director in March this year and the promotion to the Executive Committee of Andrew White as Development Director and Marc Wilder as Leasing Director in July 2015.
