Great Portland Estates appoints Portfolio Director
Great Portland Estates plc ("GPE") announces the appointment of Steven Mew as Portfolio Director with effect from early October 2016. Steven will join the Executive Committee, and will take on responsibility for the day to day operations of GPE's investment portfolio, reporting to Neil Thompson, Executive Director.
Steven's appointment follows the promotion to the Executive Committee in July 2015 of Andrew White as Development Director and Marc Wilder as Leasing Director. Given the scale of opportunity for income and value growth across the Group's portfolio and with activity levels as high as ever, Steven joins GPE at an exciting time, providing the Group with further capacity to deliver on its ambitious plans. Steven joins from McKay Securities PLC where he is currently Property Director and where he has served as a board member since 2002.
