Total Voting Rights and Capital
 
In compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6, the Company announces that its total issued share capital at 1 October 2019 comprised 259,099,903 ordinary shares of 155/19 pence each with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury.
 
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 259,099,903. This is the figure which should be used by shareholders as the denominator when determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
