    * B&R Investment entered into joint venture agreement with 
Great Wall Film & Culture Co 
    * Registered capital of JV co will be RMB200 million 
    * B&R Investment and Great Wall Film & Culture Company Group 
shall hold equity interests in JV company as to 25% and 75%,
