Total Voting Rights

Greatland Gold plc (AIM:GGP) ("Greatland" or "Company")  announces that
during January 2023, the Company issued 41,250,000 new Ordinary Shares of 0.1p
each from its block listing authority of 4 January 2023 (the "Share Issue")
for a total consideration of £321,250.00.

Following the Share Issue, the Company has the ability to issue a further
32,750,000 shares under its block listing facility.

As at 31 January 2023, the Company's issued share capital comprises
5,057,126,282 ordinary shares. When calculating the total number voting
rights, shareholders should use this figure as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the
Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules.
