** Shares of Greaves Cotton  GRVL.NS  drop as much as 3.4%
at 132.10 rupees; last down 1.9% 
    ** The engineering firm on Wednesday reported a 90.4% Y/Y
fall in consol net profit to 25.6 mln rupees ($306,600) for
March quarter
    ** Revenue from operations fell about 19% 
    ** More than 3.3 mln GRVL shares change hands as at 3:27
p.m. IST, 2.2x its 30-day average
    ** GRVL logs fourth consecutive session of loss
    ** Including session's move, stock is down 11.4% YTD
