 * Award of underground utility tunnel project to Harbin shengming energy saving and technology co., ltd 
 * Cost of investment for the underground utility tunnel project is estimated to be RMB947 million 
 * Approximately RMB437 million of the project cost will be borne by the group 
 * Group's investment in project will likely be financed by the group's internally generated funds and bank borrowings 
 * Says project is expected to contribute positively to the group's revenue for the entire project period
