U.S. stock indexes were set to rise on Monday as Bank of America led gains among
lenders after better-than-expected results that were underpinned by the Federal
Reserve's rapid rate hikes. .N
At 9:03 a.m. ET, Dow e-minis 1YMc1 were up 1.25% at 30,079. S&P 500
e-minis ESc1 were up 1.58% at 3,654.5, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis NQc1 were up
2.05% at 10,963.75.
