    * Company and placing agent entered into placing agreement 
    * Net proceeds from placing (after deduction of commission 
and other expenses of placing) will be approximately HK$34.11 
million 
    * Intends to use net proceeds for developing waste 
construction materials business and plastic recycling business 
    * Co agreed to place in aggregate up to 133.2 million 
placing shares at placing price of HK$0.26 per placing share 
    * Placing agent is Prominence Financials Limited
