 * Discloseable and share transaction: acquisition of property, possible   acquisition of certain equipment, and waste clearance on the property  involving issue of shares under general mandate  0979.HK  
 * Vendor and the purchaser entered into the property agreement 
 * Purchaser agreed to purchase, the property 
 * Deal for EUR400,000 
 * Says upframe and the purchaser entered into the waste clearance agreement 
 * Waste clearance consideration of hk$6.39 million 
 * Deal to be funded by net proceeds from placing of convertible redeemable  bonds by company on 22 April 2015 
 * Pursuant to waste clearence agreement upframe undertook to remove and clear all existing scrap materials present at property
