critical mineral projects in Greenland, announces that Lars Brünner, a
Director of the Company, and Marie Leer Jørgensen, spouse of and person
closely associated to Stefan Bernstein, CEO of GreenRoc, have purchased
ordinary shares in the Company as shown below.
