Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Niamh Marshall appointed to the Board of Greencoat Renewables PLC
Dublin, London | 25 April 2024: Greencoat Renewables PLC ("Greencoat
Renewables" or the "Company") announces the appointment today of Niamh
Marshall to the Board of Directors (the "Board") as a Non-Executive Director.
The Company also announces that Kevin McNamara has stepped down as Chair of
the Audit Committee. In line with the Board's succession plan, Kevin will
continue as a Non-Executive Director until 31 December 2024.
Niamh will now succeed Kevin as Chair of the Audit Committee and will also
join the Board's Management Engagement, Nomination and Remuneration
Committees.
Niamh Marshall
Niamh (62) is an experienced professional having spent the majority of her
career at KPMG Ireland as a senior audit partner. She was appointed as the
first female Partner at KPMG Ireland in 1996 and held the position until 2022.
Since then, Niamh has been appointed to a number of non-executive
directorships across a range of industries, including financial services,
agriculture and sport.
Niamh holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from University College Dublin and
is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
Ronan Murphy, Chairman of Greencoat Renewables PLC commented on the
appointment:

Director and Chair of the Audit Committee. Niamh's experience and expertise as
an audit partner, together with a current diverse portfolio of non-executive

I would like to thank Kevin for his considerable contribution as a
Non-Executive Director since 2017 and for his stewardship of the Audit

until the end of the year."

Alzheimer's Society of Ireland and is also a member of the Audit and Risk
Committee of the Irish Rugby Football Union.
