Dublin, London, 3(rd) July 2023: Greencoat Renewables PLC ("Greencoat
Renewables" or the "Company") announces that it has transferred the
administration and depositary of the Company. With effect from 1(st) July
2023, Ocorian Fund Services (Ireland) Limited acts as Administrator and
Ocorian Depositary Services (Ireland) Limited acts as Depositary.
