Dublin, London | 09 June 2025: Greencoat Renewables PLC ("Greencoat", "the
Company" or "GRP"), the renewable energy infrastructure company investing in
European renewable energy generation assets, is pleased to confirm that,
subsequent to the announcement published on 19 May 2025, its secondary listing
on the Alternative Exchange of the JSE Limited ("JSE") has become effective as
