Feb 11 (Reuters) - Greencore's GNC.L second-largest shareholder is selling about 30.3 million shares of the Irish convenience food producer for about 88 million pounds ($120.16 million), a bookrunner for the offering said on Wednesday.
The stake sale is being carried out by U.S.-based private equity firm LongRange Capital, which owns an 8.8% stake in Greencore, according to LSEG data, behind biggest shareholder Umbriel Ventures' 10.3% interest.
