** Co's second-largest shareholder is selling about 30.3 mln shares of GNC for ~88 mln pounds ($120.16 mln), a bookrunner for offering said on Wednesday

** Stake sale is being carried out by U.S.-based private equity firm LongRange Capital

** In 2025, stock rose ~30.9%
