COMMITTEE COMPOSITION ANNOUNCEMENT

Greencore announces that, as part of its Board and Committee refreshment
programme, Gary Kennedy, Executive Chair, will retire from the Remuneration
Committee of the Board and Anne O'Leary will join the Remuneration Committee
of the Board, both changes are effective today.
