** Chinese transmission and drivetrain systems maker's
U.S.-listed shares  GTEC.O  more than double in value to $16.77
    ** On Thursday, co signed an agreement with Fujian South
China Heavy Machinery Manufacture Co. Ltd  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nPn8hRL8Va
    ** Under agreement, both cos would share technology and
cooperate on supply chain management to boost production of
electric industrial vehicles in the U.S., they said
    ** GTEC shares up more than 4% this year, up to last close
