 * On 16 March 2016, the company, subscriber and xie haiyu as guarantor, entered into a loan agreement 
 * Says proposed subscriber agreed to grant a loan in the principal sum of hk$176.4 million 
 * Application has been made for the resumption of trading with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 21 March 2016
