** Shares of Greentown Management Holdings Co Ltd 9979.HK
rise as much as 8.2 pct to HK$3.82, their highest since April 1,
on course for second consecutive session of gains
** Stock last up 7.6%, on track for its best day since March
12; among the 30 biggest percentage gainers on Hong Kong
exchange
** Zhejiang-based project management firm says Chief
Executive Officer Li Jun bought 270,000 shares on the market at
an average price HK3.6074 each, taking his stake in the company
to 15.92 mln shares, or 0.813% of the share capital (https://bit.ly/3gvhuTM)
** Says Li has expressed confidence in the company's overall
development prospects and potential growth and has undertaken to
hold the shares bought for three years
** The Hong Kong Hang Seng sub-index tracking property firms
.HSNP slips 0.7%
** Both the Hang Seng China enterprises index .HSCE and
the benchmark index .HSI fall 1.6%
** By previous close, the stock had gained 6.01% this year
