** Company terminated employment of CFO Howard Jordan on

** GWAV says decision to terminate Jordan's employment was
not the result of a dispute or disagreement with him
** Company hired Ashley Sickles as CFO effective immediately
** Previously, Sickles served as director of finance for
JAWS Inc, a leading regional restaurant operator and franchisor
with multiple locations
** Up to Friday's close, stock had fallen ~82% this year
