Greggs plc (the "Company" or "Greggs")

Application for Block Listing of Shares

12 April 2022

 

 

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for a total of 77,800 Ordinary shares of 2p each ("shares") to
be admitted to the Official List.

 

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued
pursuant to the following scheme:

 Greggs plc Senior Executive Share Option Scheme  77,800

 

Admission of the shares is expected on 14 April 2022

 

When issued these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary
shares.
