In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Greggs Plc announces that it has been
notified that Kate Ferry, Chair of the Audit Committee and independent
non-executive director of the Company, will be appointed as Chief Financial
Officer and as an Executive Director of Burberry Group plc with effect from
early September 2023 at the latest.
