NOTICE OF INTERIM RESULTS 
 
Greggs plc, the leading bakery food-on-the-go retailer in the UK, with almost
1,700 retail outlets throughout the country, will be announcing its interim
results for the 26 weeks to 28 June 2014 on Wednesday 30 July 2014. 
 
There will be a meeting for analysts at 9.30am on the day.
