Grenergy said on Wednesday its H1 net profit stood at €74.2 million ($85.7 million).
The company also approved on Wednesday a share buyback program for €50 million.
ACS ACS.MC
Cimic Group said on Tuesday Sedgman, a member of the ACS group, has been appointed as the preferred engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) contractor for the Colossus rare earth project in Minas Gerais, Brazil, by Viridis Mining & Minerals Limited.
Also, the company, through Cimic and Turner, won work on the A$1 billion ($713 million) expansion of Cairns Hospital in Queensland and joined a U.S. Air Force contractor group for projects worth up to $900 million, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Wednesday.
TECNICAS REUNIDAS TRE.MC
Tecnicas Reunidas said on Tuesday it will carry out a share buyback program for up to €50 million, for a maximum number of about 2 million shares (about 2.490% of its share capital) until March 31, 2027.
IZERTIS IZER.MC
Izertis completed on Tuesday the Fourth Commercial Paper Issuance under MARF programme, consisting of 27 notes, with a nominal amount of €2.7 million, maturing on December 15.
