    **  DLocal  DLO.O , a Latin American payments provider with
a market value of about $3.4 billion, is exploring options
including a potential sale, people familiar with the matter told

Wednesday morning after the Spanish renewable energy company
struck a deal to sell an asset portfolio in Chile to
