Puig said on Tuesday it had extended a strategic partnership
with Charlotte Tilbury till the end of 2030.

Grenergy said on Tuesday it had agreed to sell assets in
Chile to Contourglobal, a KKR company, for an enterprise value
of $962 million.

According to the Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias, the Grifols
family has put the Juvé&Camps cava winery up for sale.
