June 18 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Wednesday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy: REPSOL REP.MC Repsol said on Tuesday its unit Repsol Europe Finance had issued 750 million euros ($862.80 million) worth of subordinated bonds. INDRA IDR.MC Indra said on Tuesday it had acquired a 37% stake in SPARC, a company specialising in production of photonic semiconductors, and became the largest shareholder of the startup. ACCIONA ANA.MC Acciona won an auction to operate sewage treatment in Brazil's Espirito Santo state. TALGO TLGO.MC Talgo said on Thursday it reached agreement with Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) concluding legal proceedings between both parties. LACMTA and insurance companies will pay Talgo a compensation of about $15 million. GRENERGY GREG.MC BofA Securities began on Tuesday an accelerated bookbuilding process to sell up to 5.52% of Grenergy shares on behalf of Daruan Group Holdings and others.
