March 13 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Friday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy: REPSOL REP.MC Venezuela and Spanish energy group Repsol have signed "strategic agreements," the government of the South American country said in a statement on Thursday. TELEFONICA TEF.MC Vivendi VIV.PA on Thursday reported its portfolio of listed holdings fell to 5.53 billion euros ($6.37 billion) at end-2025 from 6.89 billion euros a year earlier after selling its stakes in Italian and Spanish telecom operators TIM and Telefonica. Separately, Telefonica Brasil said on Thursday shareholders approved 4 billion reais capital reduction. Telefonica is also negotiating with Asterion Industrial to buy Lineox, a microwave-link telecoms firm that connects mobile towers in areas without direct fibre links, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Friday. IAG ICAG.L IAG's Iberia said on Thursday it planned to lay off up to 996 workers. Separately, Citigroup cut its target price to 610p from 670p. GRENERGY GREG.MC Grenergy said on Thursday it secured capacity contracts for 760 MWh storage projects in UK. COX COXGA.MC Cox denied on Thursday the planned capital increase to finance Iberdrola Mexico deal. Separately, the company also said on Thursday it increased green promissory note program on MARF by 25 million euros. ENCE ENC.MC Ence said on Thursday its bioplant project was provisionally selected to get 24.7 million euro grant. GRIFOLS GRLS.MC The UK hedge fund Kintbury Capital has disclosed a 1.5% short position in Grifols, Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Friday.
