Port de Barcelona said on Wednesday it awarded FCC and COMSA a 111.5 million euro ($129.4 million) energy dock berth contract.
SABADELL SABE.MC
Deutsche Bank cut its target price to 3.45 euros from 3.95 euros.
GRENERGY GREG.MC
RBC raised its target price to 150 euros from 115 euros.
COLONIAL COL.MC
Colonial said on Wednesday it bought a 50% stake in Inmocol Torre Europa for 15.2 million euros in a related-party transaction approved by its board, with the affected director abstaining from the vote.
CLINICA BAVIERA CBAV.MC
The company reported on Wednesday a 14.7 million euro net profit for the first quarter of the year.
EDREAMS EDRE.MC
Spanish online travel booking firm eDreams Odigeo EDRE.MC reported higher full-year net profit but missed analysts' estimates on Thursday, as its main revenue engine, the Prime subscription base, kept growing at a slower pace.
ERCROS ECR.MC
The board said on Wednesday it will propose delisting and a cash tender offer at 3.51 euros per share, with Bondalti Iberica locking 77.23% ahead of a June 30 meeting.
