Spain's Santander SAN.MC on Tuesday said its third-quarter
net profit rose 12% year-on-year following a solid performance
at its main retail business and lower loan loss provisions.

Separately, Santander's UK arm on Monday postponed the
release of its third-quarter results while it assesses the
impact of a court ruling on motor finance commissions, although
