Dividend Declaration

 

The Board of Gresham House Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announces that it has
declared a second interim dividend of 2.00 pence per ordinary share, in
respect of the year ending 30 September 2025. The dividend will be paid on 30
October 2025 to Shareholders on the Register on 19 September 2025. The ex-div
date is 18 September 2025.

 

Shareholders wishing to amend their participation in the Dividend Investment
Scheme must submit their instruction to the Scheme Administrator, The City
Partnership (UK) Limited, by no later than 16 October 2025.
