Transaction in the Company's Own Shares and Total Voting Rights

 

Gresham House Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 30 January 2026 it
purchased 3,460,906 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 61.07
pence per share for cancellation.

 

Following this transaction, the Company has in issue 316,972,590 Ordinary
shares with a nominal value of 1 penny each, all with voting rights.
