Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Gresham House Renewable Energy VCT 2 PLC ("Gresham House VCT 2" or the "Company"), a fund investing in a diversified portfolio of renewable energy projects in the UK, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Donovan as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective from 7 December 2020. 
Andrew is a highly experienced corporate financier, with over 24 years of M&A and capital-raising transaction experience in the renewable energy and utilities sectors. 
Christian Yates, Chair of Gresham House VCT 2, said:
"We are delighted to announce the appointment of Andrew as Non-Executive Director. Andrew's experience and sector knowledge will be hugely valuable to the Board and the Company as we head into our eleventh year of trading."
Under the UK Listing Rules, the Company confirms that there are no further details that are required to be disclosed under paragraph LR 9.6.13 R of the UK Listing Rules in respect of Andrew Donovan.
