Notice of results and analyst and private investor presentations
Gresham Technologies plc (LSE: "GHT", "Gresham", "Company" or the "Group"), the leading software and services company that specialises in providing solutions for data integrity and control, banking integration, payments and cash management, confirms that it expects to announce its final results for the year ended 31 December 2020 on 9 March 2021.
A presentation for analysts will be held at 10.00 a.m. on Tuesday 9 March 2021 via conference call. Admittance for this event is strictly limited to those who register their participation in advance. For analyst conference call details and to register attendance, please contact Gresham in advance at investorrelations@greshamtech.com.
A separate online presentation for private and retail investors will be held at 4.00 p.m. on Tuesday 9 March 2021 on the Investor Meet Company ("IMC") platform. Private and retail investors will need to register with IMC, for which there is no charge, and add "to meet" Gresham Technologies plc to register attendance. Advance registration to attend the meeting is required.

·      Investors who have already registered to the IMC platform will be able to add to meet the Company to register attendance at the private and retail investor meeting.
 
·      Questions can be submitted pre-event via an investor's IMC dashboard or any time during the live presentation via the "Ask a Question" function. Although the Company may not be in a position to answer every question it receives, it will endeavour to address the most prominent within the confines of information already disclosed to the market. Responses to the Q&A from the live presentation will be published at the earliest opportunity on the IMC platform.
 
·      Investor feedback can also be submitted directly to management post-event to ensure the Company can understand the views of all elements of its shareholder base.
A copy of the presentation to be tabled at both sessions will be made available on Gresham's website at 7.00 a.m. on Tuesday 9 March 2021.
