Directorate External Appointments

Gresham Technologies plc (LSE: "GHT", "Gresham", "Group", "Company"), the
leading software and services company that specialises in providing solutions

management, has been notified that Richard Last, Non-Executive Chair of
Gresham has been appointed as a Non-Executive Chair of Iomart Group Plc,
effective from 12 June 2024.

This announcement is made in accordance with Rule 9.6.14 of the UK Listing
