Notice of Capital Markets Day

Gresham Technologies plc (LSE: "GHT", "Gresham", "Group", "Company"), the
leading software and services company that specialises in providing solutions
for data integrity and control, banking integration, payments and cash
management, will be holding a Capital Markets Day in London on Wednesday, 12
October 2022 at 14:00.

The Capital Markets Day (CMD) will be an opportunity for analysts and
institutional investors to learn more about the Group's products, markets,
strategy, business model and the actions which are driving profitable growth.

The event will be hosted by Ian Manocha, CEO and Tom Mullan, CFO, and will
feature a series of presentations from the wider senior management team.

This will be a live, in-person CMD. A recording, along with the presentation
slides, will be made available on the Company's website after the event.

Registration is required for this event and is now open to attendees.
