Notice of Results and Presentations

 

Gresham Technologies plc (LSE: "GHT", "Gresham", "Group", "Company"), the
leading software and services company that specialises in providing solutions
for data integrity and control, banking integration, payments and cash
management, confirms that it expects to announce its audited results for the
financial year ended 31 December 2022 ("FY22") on Tuesday 14 March 2023.

Investor Presentation

Ian Manocha, CEO and Tom Mullan, CFO will provide a live presentation relating
to the FY22 results via the Investor Meet Company platform on Tuesday 14
March 2023 at 12.30pm GMT. The presentation is open to all existing and
potential shareholders and registration can be completed via the following

Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard

A presentation for analysts will be held at 9am GMT on Tuesday 14 March 2023
