** Shares of Griffon Corp  GFF.N  rise 3.4% to $28.62 - on
track for third straight session of gains
    ** GFF reports Q3 adj profit from continuing operations of
$1.23 per share, beating Refinitiv IBES estimates of 99 cents

    ** Quarterly revenue also beats estimates, helped by
strength in company's business that makes garage and rolling
steel doors
    ** The home and building products maker says it remains on
target to achieve FY revenue guidance of $2.85 bln
